Over structure Torque specs

Greetings,
First time poster here and fairly new to sledding (in the last few years). This site has been invaluable to me so thank you!

I just picked up a 2014 pro and didn’t realize the over structure was cracked until I brought it home. I am replacing it with an aluminum one and am wondering what the torque specs are on the bolts. Also, I assume I should use locktite (blue), but confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

22 ft lbs. I haven't used any locktite on my overstructure in the times I've had it apart.
