So on my 02 800 as I ride the trails in and out with the crappy snow we have in utah I keep overheating. I have to stop throw snow on the exchanges and then go again anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? I am 151" on a finger track my 03 w/144 isnt having the problem at all?

different tracks throw different amounts of snow. Scratchers will help, but a longer snow flap is where I'd start, and also wouldn't hurt to run a bottle of Water Wetter through it!

Here a couple of things that have helped me with overheating issues over the years: 1. Water cools better than antifreeze, reduce the amount of antifreeze in your mixture so that you coolant is good for about -25 to -30 degrees instead of -40 to -50; 2. As said in a previous post use "Water Wetter" it is good for about 15 to 20 degrees from my experience.
