Oh wow..... that is a nasty report!!!!

But ya know..... in some ways i can see how they precieve us sledders ( and skiiers)..... weekend after weekend you wonder who else is going to get killed.... when will they learn to stay clear of these high risk areas....

I don't think they realize that there are thousands of sledders that do go out and think about the dangers and DO play safe.... they only hear about the tragedys.

Hill climbing when the avy danger is extreme is pretty stupid and it does paint a bad picture. We don't see people wanting to ban swimming or taking a bath, but on Average, 9 people per day die in the U.S. It obviously is an extremely dangerous pastime, we ought to ban it!
