Don't fall for the political hype. Read it yourself and decide based on what you see before nasaying it as a negative to sledding.
I found nothing about closing all those acres or closure to off-road vehicles so far.

projects, facilities construction and renovation, hazardous
fuels reduction, and remediation of abandoned mine or

Lots in there for the National Parks and Forest. I see it as a plus to the National Forest and Parks system. The restorations mentioned are about watersheds like the Everglades in Florida.
Based on the Senate version it looks like the trails and parks stuff may have been cut in the compromise demanded by the Republicans to reduce the total cost.
