OT question about my truck

95 Ford F250 XLT 4x4. For some reason the park lights won't turn off. I tried taking the knob off the switch (thinking it might not be letting the switch go all the way to "off") and doing anything I could think of with the switch to get them to turn off but no luck. The only thing that has worked so far is to disconnect the battery. I'm leaving today for a 400 mile road trip and I'd like to get this fixed before I go. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Pull your switch out and unplug it and see if it has melted. This was a problem especially if you pulled a trailer alot or if there is alot of add on lights.

Just pull the fuse if you can't fix it before your trip. Good temp. fix so you don't have to disconnect the battery.

you will find that might turn them off but you need to check the turn signal switch it also has the flashers in the same switch and all the lights go threw that turn signal switch .............ford calls it a multi function switch when they go bad they cause all kinds of interesting lighting problems...................

Dumb question, but do you have a trailer hooked up? I have see backfeeding through a trailer wiring problem.
