Orr creek

I am wanting to to sledding at orr creek this weekend, i know we are getting fresh snow, but is it enough? so im asking is it worth it to go up for a nice spring ride?
thanks for any info!!

Looking at the website, none of the snoparks in that area have groomer reports updated. I contacted the FS about that a while back. They said that there were no reports because there isn't enough snow and there is no grooming. Let me know if you hear anything different. Sure is a lot closer drive than heading to the teanaway.

ok sounds good, well with the snow that they are predicting to get we are gunna go on saturday for sure. so if you go you wont be the only ones up there!

Yeah, Ive been kinda pissed at whoever took over that grooming contract up at Orr Creek this year.

Im quite certain they have had some groomable snow off and on up there this season, albeit sporadic...but come on.

All damn season its read the same stupid message, not one single report.

They could definitely learn by the groomer over by Fish Lake...they groom and update the website constantly...even with the crappy snow we've had this year.

I think I need to write a letter to the US Forest Service letting them know how dissapointed I am in the reports that WERENT there this year.

Maybe that way next winter wont be more of the same. :tsk: :tsk: :tsk:

i know the pres. of the junco snowmobile club that is the park that they maintain he'll know whats going on. i have his number if you want it pm me

the same guy that did it last year is doing it this year. he was new last year to grooming that is.
