Is it easy to get snow license for your bike

No. I just run an ohv permit as they won't sell me a snowmobile tag.

The one time I saw a sherif was up in Washington and I explained my situation and showed him my OR ohv sticker and the snow park pass on my truck. He said it's a grey area right now and told me to have fun. I try not to spend much time in the snow parks though.
