Opinion? Plug Reading - How do these look?

Get new plugs put them in after you are fully warmed up ,and do a long run at a set throtle responce. Kill the motor while throtle is in that position ,and pull plugs to read.I do this at quarter , mid, and full throtle. I bought a magnifing glass with built in light to look deep inside the plug ,where porcelain meets the case. You will see a mixture ring on the very bottom of the porcelain like 1mm up ,and it should be light brown when its good. Hard to read at first need good light. Here is an article on reading plugs. its easier to check the color on older plugs. looks on the lean side to me. the center electrode should be white on the tip for sure and then should move down the center electrode.
