Started playing at (J)Pokerstars 15 months ago. Started at the low (.50/1)tables and went up $150 in a week, it was so easy

. Then the "pros" figured me out and I went down $600

. Switched to micro tables, .01/.02 and made my last deposit of $50 last April. Currently playing .10/.25 tables and have worked my bank up to $180. Was up to $310 4 weeks ago and down to $110 10 days ago, but still no deposits since last April.
Play about 150 hands a day 5 days a week. I use the tools they give you. ie: replay the hands, hand played and won % and most importantly the notes on other players. You can also use the find a (fish) player request and stalk the donkeys.
Makes a huge difference when a donkey goes all in and you have notes on him and what kind of hands he'll play or if he's an idiot. Also let's you keep track of the solid players too.
As my bank gets bigger I move up. When I get to $400 it's up to the .25/.50 tables.
I would reccommend starting at the .05/.10 tables. I wasted a lot of time at the .01/.02 and .02/.05 tables cuz there all bad players, and watchout for the pros, yes even at the .05/.10 tables. They will play small stakes but they will multi-table. Had one that would regularily play 24 tables at once.
Online poker is good if you want to see a lot of hands. I have seen over 40,000 hands in the last year. I'd have to play a long time to do that in a brick and mortar casino, and they're small tables start at $1/2.
GL to all.
