Hahaha, I did this same thing a few years ago on the LadiesRide forum. Chatted with a couple of gals but couldn't ever meet. Singles ride would be a great idea. I've always been the one who made sure everybody else's wives/girlfriends were still with us on the ride. Giving tips, unsticking, etc. The one guy was right too, it seemed they'd rather have me help them than their significant others. It always seemed like the husbands/boyfriends would get uptight or bossy towards them.

How did I turn out? I went back to dating my ex, living the definition of insanity. On the bright side, although she is a tree hugger and doesn't go sledding, she has never made a single complaint about my addiction.

Heck... after the christmas "lul", I thought this thread was dead. Guess I'll throw this out there... found a really interesting gal with ALOT in common. Kinda sucks shes a half-a-continent away. But you never know what lies ahead, and this thread turned out to be a good read at least...
 
I think maybe I need to start looking at what it would take to get my work to transfer me to Colorado somewhere. I've pretty well come to the conclusion that Vernal Utah is as horrendously ****ty of a place as you can get for trying to meet women :o

i have been working in vernal for the last two weeks. that place is a little different. if see a good looking chick the odds that she is in high school are prob pretty high. it they are in there mid to late 20s they have 5 kids and two ex husbands. i fell our pain i live in **** hole wy

Think you got it tough?:rolleyes:... try living in a mining/ranching town 250+ miles from the closest cities (Reno,Boise,Salt Lake):eek: Thank god for MATCH.COM:D:beer;

......But we need to sell tickets to it or something, so there aren't 402,208,102 dudes and 3 chicks .... Need to make ratio as close to 50/50 as possible :)
