Take bolt out, flip aluminum bushing around, put bolt back in. opens up the sheaves plenty.

This is the easiest way to change the belt!!!!

How does this work

Slide the appropriate size oil filter wrench over the secondary and tighten it...colapses the clutch like nothing. I never have or ever will use the stock AC tool.
