MC express rear turbo and head shim kit. The sled is a little lean at my elevation, and I was wondering what it should be at. Boost is set at 10lbs.

What boost is safe with 92 oct pump fuel?



Also any clutching ideas? Just looking to tinker and play with my new toy!

Does it have a wideband on it ? What makes you think lean ? Get on Totally Yamaha on the turbo section,you will find more info than you need !

I have a 2005 rx1 with the Mc express rear mount kit with no motor work. They say without a head shim 12 on premium 13 on straight race. I have heard with a head shim 14 to 15 on premium but that might not be true that is just what I have heard.
