Oiler spring, Can i see it or touch it w/ my finger to verify spring on ?

I want to make sure my stock oiler spring is still on,or returning. (Sled is upnorth,next time i see it it will be riden).
Can i see it or touch it w/ my finger to verify spring on ? or do i have to take throttle bodies off ?

you can look straight down from the top and see it. I suppose if you have long fingers you could touch it. You could definitely touch it with a screw driver.
