oil linkage removal?

im taking off the throttle bodys, and wondering how the oil linkage rod disconnects off the TB?

I thought it just popped off, i pulled with some good force and its didnt come off.

Any trick to it?

hmm or is it permantly fixed to the tb.. and needs to pop off at the pump?

I popped mine off of the TB

Make sure you hook it back up with the oil pump arm going the proper way.

That is toward the mag side.. correct?

You'll want to rotate it against the spring of the pump, counterclockwise, before hooking it up. And yes it will be to the Mag side of the motor
