Oil line blown off?

The LH cylinder oil line is off on my 13 Pro. It is laying on the motor mount just below and behind where it should be attached. Rod bearing is toast. Can't figure out how this could happen. Is it a known problem for a port to get plugged or some other scenario where the oil line can blow itself off from too much pressure? The clamp is in its correct spot. Doesn't look like anyone took it off when work was done on it.

I just had the main inlet fitting come out on my motor. I sent the motor away to have it done up and the only thing I can Think is that the fitting got bumped somehow in the build or moving the engine around when it was shipped.
You have to pull the engine obviously cause the bottom end needs repairs which is a good thing. You will be able to secure the fitting properly.
Put some red loctite and let it sit overnight so it hardens.
There's a flared end on the fitting and it needs to be tapped in lightly to be 100% secure. I recommend get a new one from the shop.

The brass fitting is still in it's place. I have blown air through it and it doesn't seem plugged. I really don't know what could have possibly caused it. I am just going to blame it on gremlins I guess. Fix it and move on.
