oil leaking out my y-pipe to pipe seal?

so i took the hood and side panels off my assault today so i could put an intake vent on and i noticed a big puddle of oil on my belly pan (oil pan) whatever you wanna call it and it was coming out the connection of where my y-pipe and pipe seal up so is my seal bad? i also did change my oil ratio this spring i did 3 turns to the right so am i getting to much oil now? i usually start it like 3 times a month and i want my engine to have a good amount of oil in it because emissions suck but my sled is still under warranty for i think or hope so a week yet so i just need some advice on what to do? thanks

some of the threads i was reading said its cuz it hasnt been rode since spring break in march so when i start it and let it idle for a while and only bring it up to like 5 grand rmp it doesnt really go through the exhaust which is what i figured it was just wondering what some guys thoughts were.

i often take the doughnut gaskets and spray them with brakekleen and kleen ypipe and pipe flange and then a nice film of high temp silicone on all related surfaces and reinstall

Well I don't know about the 3 turns to the right but all the polaris's I have owned have leaked and what I found and did was seal it all up.. When they idle they just pour the un-burn't crap down the y-pipe and it makes a mess. 99% of the time just remove the pipe from the y-pipe and clean the end that goes to the pipe up and the donut and place Hi temp black silicone around the y-pipe and slide the donut on and then place a bead of silicone around the end of the donut that will seal up against the pipe, let it skin over, takes about 15-30 min. and then place the pipe on and do the same thing around the pipe at the muffler. Then place all the springs on and let it sit for 24 hours. Wa-la. leaks gone.

I've always done this exact thing on my sleds too. I use ultra copper silicon.

Bull.
Do what Super Sled suggests. I did. I'll guarantee it will solve your problem.
