Oil Leak

I have a 900 RMK 2005. When I started it up the other day to move it off the trailer I saw a bit of oil dripping out of the exhaust. It left a small amount about 3-4 Tablespoons. I started it up and moved over a few feet just to make sure it was from the sled and same thing? Anyone had a similar problem, is that common with these? I just bought it and had it in for service and they didn't say anything?

Sometimes if you just let the sled idle for a while and never WOT some oil will stay in the pipe. I started mine in my shed and drove it around into the garage (about 150 feet) and it did the same thing. Or it could be your oiler cable being stuck open like he said

research the FBF cable...the stock one you buy next week, will be broken after 100miles...i will assure you of that...

depends were its dripping you out, right out of the exhaust outlet? or beside it kinda? if the chaincase leaks its gone leak out next to the exhaust outlet. Or your oil injection cable could be broken, like mine was last year and it uses alot of oil but never dripped out like that. so maybe check the level of oil in your chaincase, they may have forgotten to put it on properly. :)

I'm pretty sure that it's not the chain case. It only does it after I start it up and it
s defiantly coming out of the exhaust. I also had it in for some more updates and they did add a "support chain case bracket" I would hope if the dealer was there working in the area they would have mentioned the leak from the case......then again I'm surprised that they didn't mention this leak at all?
