Hey guys just sizing up the ROV valve install on my nytro and I noticed that with the MPI kit, there is a different breather hose on the oil tank than the stock one in the instructions. It is routed in a different location and the hose is bigger than the ports on the ROV. Has anyone installed one of these on their nytro with the MPI turbo? And how did you go about doing it?

The mpi hose has a larger I'd and is too big for the nipples on the valve. I might just order the stock breather hose and use that instead.

If you still have the stock oil tank, then you can use 5/8" fuel/emissions hose. Most larger auto parts stores (NAPA, etc) will carry it in bulk and you can buy it in any length that you need.
5/8" fuel/emissions hose will fit nicely on to the valve fittings.
Fuel/emissions hose will not swell up when exposed to oil like heater hose will.

I was thinking about that but I wasnt sure because the nipple on the tank and the ones on the valve are not the same size. I was just gonna get a piece of heater hose from work but then I realized that it probably wouldnt like the oil in the hose too well. I ordered the stock yamaha hose that goes there just because it already has the correct bend into it. I will just extend it so that it will go back into the same place as the mpi one.
