OFT Axys Steering blocks ???

Do you make them for a doo xp/xm? here plastic with a type of seal rubber inside. Didn't see the Polaris ones on your site either.

We have them available for the Ski Doo as well. Ill be doing some updates to the website the next few weeks, so Ill post on here when I get the update. In the meantime I can send a Paypal invoice, or you can call 208-354-2777 and do an old fashioned order.

I think there is also a 3rd option out there but I cant think of it at the moment. Eric

You wouldn't be thinking of Polzin would ya?
Talked to him several times this time last year, and sent him some Axys spec's- He is supposed to be getting some finalized pretty quick- but not complete...Spoke to him last Friday..

I'm pretty sure happy face sells polzin bushings.
For $10 more each.

For the PRO Ride chassis SW user name "Bparks" was making bushings also, that fit the modified stock plastic blocks. I don't know if he still is or not. He may or may not be doing the same with the AXYS blocks.

couple quick questions.

I have a set of these for my SKS. they are the axys ones.

Should grease be applied to the face of the bushing?
What torque are the bolts supposed to be torqued to?

I just snugged the bolts up and it made the steering supper stiff. If I loosen the bolts to make the steering easier/normal, the bolts have minimal torque on them.

What should I do? minimal torque and locktite?

thanks

No grease, they will be tight for a little while. You could torque them the factory specs but I just tighten them.

’17 Axys change

I just talked to Rick at OFT. Apparently Polaris changed the specs on the upper bushing for the ’17 Axys sleds.

This is the reason my bushing was so tight when I torqued it down. OFT has new bushings to address this. Rick has a new one on its way to me!
Thanks Rick

Figured I should let others know.
