offset ski saddles

Anyone ever try to fab a ski saddle , simmons would work easiest , to offset the ski to the inside? To make the stance narrower and the sled pull over easier? I know it wouldnt be ideal for trail handling but it seems like it should work in the deep. sj

This is exactly what I have been thinking. I am running simmons gen 2 on my apex. Front end floats better now but handling suffered. Would be great if I could keep the outside stance the same with these skis. Help please!!

I had a set of GenII's that had two saddles side by side on each ski. You could narrow or widen stance just by using different saddle locations.
