Off topic, but can any of you refer me to a good exterior house painter?

I need to have my place in Maple Valley painted this summer. It will also need a good pressure wash to remove dirt and some minor mildew on the north side (no sun).

Any recommendations?

I might also decide to have a small detached garage built if you know a good affordable builder. I am still on the fence regarding the garage, but the house needs paint for sure.

If I can ever get past the building ban in upper Kittitas County where I am able to build my retirement home east of Cle Elum, I will have to look you folks up too - that is if you also work that side of the hill.

Snowmobiler, are you talking about my wife's 06' Mustang GT? God, I hope the house painting won't cost that much. I don't think she has over 10,000 miles on it yet. And if I traded it for a house paint job, I might need to find a new roof to hang out under.
