And Obama is supposed to be such a proponent of the constitution, bull****. He has walked on the first, second and tenth Amendments and especially Article II Section 1 and whole lot of the rest of it. He thinks he is so good, he can just bend it to suit what ever he wishes. I don't think the sheeple are awake yet but some eyes are starting to open. Come on people.
the elusive birth certificate. If you go to www.obamacrimes.com, you will follow the lawyer who has been fighting his legality of being president. They also are taking donations to help fight the elusiveness of Obama. Obama has spent over 750K to prevent his birth certificate to surface. What does he have to hide??
Although this website is great for learning the facts on this case, this guy, Phil Berg, is kinda a whack job. He tried to sue Bush for 9/11. I had given $ last year and later found out more nasty stuff about him and won't support him any more.
The guy I support whose suit is moving forward is Mario Apuzzo. He's sane and normal and the Obama Admin has filed extensions to respond to his brief (they must be looking for BO's birth cert). He's also suing Pelosi and Cheney for failing to Vet BO.

Actually yes.
My birth cert. lists my religion.
Not all states do/did, but a lot of them back then did.
So if he was "non U.S. born" do other countries even issue birth certificates??
I personally feel that he probably isn't.. what does he have to hide.. if it comes to this.... AMMO.. and lots of it..

It gets interesting in the details later on because she filed suit on Inauguration Day and if he's a regular citizen he has to pay for his own defense and once he is POTUS the rules change.

A judge in California has scheduled a July 13 hearing in a case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president in which the plaintiffs' attorney, Orly Taitz, says the commander-in-chief is in default.
Taitz told WND if her motion is granted she will immediately request access to Obama's birth records and other documentation that could determine his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
The announcement came from U.S. District Judge David O. Carter, who said: "Before the court is a motion by plaintiffs for reconsideration of order to show cause or in the alternative to certify question for appeal. Court sets this matter for hearing on July 13, 2009 at 8:30a.m. in Courtroom 9D. Plaintiffs are directed to make every effort possible to ensure that all remaining defendants are aware of the hearing and provide documentation that the individual receiving service is authorized to accept on defendants' behalf." ...

Because they don't want all the major inter-cities to burn. OJ, Rodney King, now BO. Plus, if we start using that constitution thing, a lot of illegal activities could be jeopardized. Social Security, welfare, federal rules and regs.

not quite the problem now that it was 4 months ago since his numbers are starting to drop.
Besides, we need a good civil war once in a while to keep politicains honest.

Exactly, it has gotten to the point that our elected officials that are to report to us have lost all respect to the constituents that they represent. Our government largest fear is supposed to be us the citizens, not some terrorist group.
