didn't our fore fathers start a revolution because of $!ck up taxing. I will get a lawyer and tell the IRS to go stick it where the sun don't shine. We screw up and the worlds ending they make a mistake and we pay for it DONT THINK SO.

Seems to me, people are getting free loans... You would probably get 20% interest if you went to one of those payday loan shark places...
Don't even go there! The tax refund is Bull Chit! The Govt is taking a interest free loan from those of us that they owe money back to. It is by far to long for every one in this country to start paying their fair share. I am single, no kids, thus use the least amount of Govt programs. How is it that i pay a higher % every year than those who take welfare, have 4 or more kids. Get off of my back and buck up and pay for what you are using. I should not be asked to pay more for using less. Why am i suporting 4 wives i never married and 30 kids i never fathered?
and you will more than likely spend more money that you save....

Isn't it illigal to sue the IRS?
I believe they were exempt from being sued for the very reason that so many people would sue.
And it's only a problem if we make a mistake if your not one of Obama's cabinet members. If you are one of Obama's picks, they forgive all the fees and fines and you only have to pay back part of the amount you owe.
