Oakley alterative?

I have been wearing Oakley shades for years. Lately I have been fed up with there piss poor customer service when it comes to replacement lens, warrenty, etc. What are some alternative brands that you guys have had good luck with?

Go with Smith and never look back. Extremely strong frames and lenses compared to Oakley, never had a problem with cumstomer service, and they are a little cheaper. I use them out fire fighting now, couple smoke jumpers talked me into them and couldn't be happier.

i've been a big cheap fan...had Dragons and loved them but they broke after 2 years.

wearing oakley now but i hate how paranoid i am about where i take them.

might have to look at smith.

I used to date a gal who was an opthamologist. She always claimed that Revo used the best quality glass of any of the consumer grade lens makers. Obviously, I have no way to independently test her theory, but I do love me some Revo's. T'aint cheap though.

Maui Jims FTW! Spendy though. Costco sells a small selection of them for much much less than you'll find anywhere else. I say that as a former owner, I currently have Oakley Whiskers and am happy with them, but they aren't polarized, I miss my Maui Jims.

Another vote for Maui Jims!

My brother-in-law likes Natives, I guess they have a lifetime warranty.

Maui Jim's are my absolute favorites, but like Abominab1e said, they're not cheap. It took me 7 years to justify replacing a pair that I had lost, but I'm so glad that I finally did. :) I scratched one of the lenses a couple of months after purchase and was sent a replacement set of glasses within 5 days, hassle free.

Serengeti's are really nice too - the photochromic lenses adjust to light conditions.

years ago I used to wear Oakley,, now I get them from walmart, somehow I end up lossing them to the lake or they break all the time... see kids thats why alchohol is bad...

I'm just wearing my AOS fuel safety shades, after losing my half jackets this last weekend. Not really that broken up about losing my oakleys, as they were at least 3 years old and pretty scratched up.

I use to wear oakleys...got a pair of spy's about 4 years and have loved them and never had a problem with them. I tried on a pair of the underarmors the other day, they felt awesome, super super light. Might be buying a pair this weekend.

I have always worn oakley or spy... Paranoid wearing them at times.
I still have a 6 year old pair of oakleys, but they need nose pieces and have been a pain to locate.
A few months ago my wife and I got 3 pair of cheap glasses at the fair... 15 bucks for all 3... I now wear my fake pair of "DG's" all of the time now. Very comfy and work just fine.
Only issue was loosing a nut on one of the screws.
I highly doubt I will purchase high dollar glasses again.

Maui Jim's my friend...All the way. I used to wear serengetis til I tried on some jimmies. I never looked back.
Screw "joakley's" They suck.
Jimmies have the best hinges out there. Bar none, end of story.
Best glass lenses you can get. Yeah they're expensive. But buying anything else is just a waste of money.

How do Oakley's suck? if you aren't a moron and sit on them, lose them, smash them, or do stupid stuff to them they are awesome and actually have good styling.
