o6 rev loose primary bolt

primary bolt has come loose twice on 06 rev 800 was tightened to 80 lbs?any ideas?

clutch bolt

had that happen to a 670 motor,needed a crank and bearings.it also broke a few clutches...hopefully it is something simpler then that..

Did you run it and retorque ? Change bolt ?

the clutch bolt came loose on it's own after 6000 kms.

6000! well no $hit, you should have to atleast clean the dam thing with that much.

Make sure you put the washer on the correct direction. I have seen it installed backward before.
They have a slight dome in the washer. The cupped side faces the clutch, and the dome faces the bolt.
