O2 sensor location

so i picked up an autotune and have been looking into where to put the probe. i've seen them installed from just after the y-pipe to all the way into the can. what is the advantages/disadvantages to the different locations? probe life? accuracy? consistency? i do plan on putting it at about a 10 o'clock position as i have heard this helps with sensor life. thanks

Don't put it on an inside bend. Go on an outside bend if you can. Or a straight area. Either one should work as long as there is good flow across it (outside on a bend or before the pipe opens up too much).
