o rings in head keep blowing?

The stock o-rings are not the problem. I have been running arctic cat turbos for 4 years with much more boost on stock o-rings. You are having a detonation problem which will eat o-rings. What does your a/f gauge say under full throttle? It could be that you are just a little lean, not enough to sieze but enough to detonate.

Thats cool to know. I would have never suspected something like that. So if everything is mechanically flat and surfaced well, look at fuel...cool data

The boondocker box will allow you to trim the fuel from one cylinder to the other. So if you keep losing o-rings on the same cylinder you could add fuel to that side and not the other. My buddy runs 4 points more on one side than the other at the high rpm adjustment. Your egt's should show a difference in temp's if you need to trim.
 
Thanks for all the help, the side that has been having problems runs about 15-20 degs. hotter i just thougt it was probably due to difference in exaust probe distance (just saying i measured but everyone has a different eye) could that need some fuel?
 
If you keep losing the inner o-ring it is almost for sure detonation. You are not using high enough octane fuel for your boost or you are not flowing enough fuel. I had this exact scenario happen to me and it was hard to believe because my a/f gauge always said I was good, I definately did not have an octane problem because I was running straight 110 so it ended up being a fuel supply problem. I was maxing out the upgraded in tank pump. I put stock pump back in the tank and ran a second high pressure pump after it. Never another O-ring problem and it only took 3 times eating O-rings to figure it out.

Based on Clint info above, and your other thread about your fuel system problems, sound like if you fix the fuel system you may also fix the oring prob.
 
detonation can also cause the o-ring to have a "fuzzy" or "extruded" appearance typically around the edges.
Many engines will run on light deto and live through it but most will struggle to make proper rpm on top when deto occurs.
Just a couple more things to keep in the back of your minds when troubleshooting!

It was a casting problem, guess i got the one in a 1000 but on a good note cat took care of the cylinder for free so. Thanks to everyone and my dealerfor stepping up should have had them send it back right away and save me some money but didnt think they would do anything since it had a turbo.
