I have a kit with the external fuel pump and when I'm riding and then shut the machine off for 20 min. it seems like the fuel is possibly boiling and vapor locking. I have to cool the fuel tank down and bleed air at the pump to get it to run again. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to solve the problem. Thanks.

A Friend had that problem, I remember it took them a while to figure out the problem. But they did.

I had that problem or what i think was that problem. It would make 4 lbs of boost than fall on it's face like the MCX box wasn't plugged in. When i had the problem i had a one piece hood with NO venting (snow came and i got lazy). I vented where the headlight should be and it fixed the problem by 90%. Added more venting around the top of the hood and it's only happened 2 times for about 30 sec each. If it does happen i just cruise at 1/4 throttle to cool things down and it seems to help.

I am running the stock fuel pump.

Weird thing is that It ran flawlessly last season.

Please post back your findings (or pm me) as i think we have/had the same problem.
