I finally got these done check them out. If anyones is interested i can build in about 2 weeks depending on if you want finish on it. I can powder coat or polish . Comes with perimtier cooling and a u cooler installed in the rear section of the tunnel..Prices are 1600.00 for a complete tunnel with cooler and rear bumper. Powder coating usually cost about 150 -300 depending on if you want translucents done. Polish is 300.00 for complete tunnel including the side pieces.

Also on the tunnels i can make them flat on the top for the rear mount guys or cut out the top like this one in the pic is.

I like it Brad, but can the bumper be turned up and not so low that when you get stuck the flap isn't pinned up there?

I see some holes where the tunnel mounts to the bulkhead. Will they come with these holes predrilled? What about the holes on top of the tunnel for gas tank, etc? Does $1600 include drop brackets? It would be a tough decision between this tunnel and the CR, considering the exchange rate right now!
Nice to have another option for us nytro guys!

these tunnels have all the holes drilled in the front of the bulkhead to bolt right on and they fit awsome. There are holes in the rear of the tunnel for the seat also. What drop brackets are you guys after i am currently working on a m10 bracket that i will have in the future. That is the very first tunnel i made i have changed the bumper setup slightly so it is one piece should be lots cleaner. I will post some pics when i get another one done.

Here are some pics of Brads tunnel installed and done. Great install, all of the predrilled holes lined up with the stock mount plate perfectly.

I changed the bumper to a 1 piece 1" tubing. I cut off the "bends" and installed flush with the tunnel sides (I like being able to grab the sides when stuck).

Another thing Brad did was manufacture out of .090 instead of .064 like all of the other tunnel builders. This makes for a VERY STIFF tunnel and no need for the stiffeners the other tunnels need.

Thanks for the pics Brent your sled looks sweet enjoy your new ride.

Another thing the tunnels are built out of 2 pieces so they are very strong and clean looking. I build all these out of .090 so they are bullet proof.

is This a direct replacement or are modification needed to make the cooler work? I would like to know how the exhaust preforms with it flowing forward under the tunnel.

THe cooler is an option...I deleted the radiator and under tunnel heat exchanger (just like CR and VE tunnels). You could run your stock radiator if desired (the rear cooler setup works well and transfers about 10-15 lbs from the nose to the rear).

The exhaust is my design...I wanted to quiet things up as much as possible...and it works awesome. You could run your stock exhaust if desired.

Just call Brad and let him know what your setup is.

Nice work Brad...came out awesome.

I like the windows in the running board kickup...nice touch.

Ignore the 'copy' comments...plenty of originality in the design. Kickups and board windows is just plain what works...even AC OEM tunnels incorporated it...hats off.
