just wondering if anyones tunnel is cracking because of the terrible rear suspension.My dealer said they wont warrenty it and told me to deal with it my self .

Are you carrying a big gas can? because they will crack the tunnel I've seen that happen.
i thought somebody posted something last season about this.
Saw a shortie here with a cracked tunnel. The kid likes to jump a lot. It cracked on both sides about 3/4 of the way to the end. yamaha warrantied it.
Call yamaha and get another dealer!!!! As long as there's no collision damage, or damage from a roll over, they should cover it, I would think. I would accept nothing less.
I agree. If they will not cover it at least the tunnel on these is super simple to replace.
I find it interesting that everyone assumes Yamaha should replace everything on the sled no matter how it is rode. If it wasn't abused then yes they should replace, yet anything can be broken. To classify the rear suspension as terrible leads on to believe that possibly it was being pushed beyond its design limits. And no I do not owrk at a Yamaha dealership but have rode Yamaha sleds for 26 years and would say that Yamaha has and does stand up for its products better than anyone else in the business.
