Nytro Stage 2 Powder Lites Map

Go to Totallyamaha to get newest map
Nytro stage 2 new map load colums setup with all new settings.
Load voltage 1.75 min 4.8 Max (2 bar map sensor)
Pump corecction 1% 25% sensing 200ms
Notice load % at top of map.
RPM steps are set to make smooth throttle response.
Fuel pressure set at 48 psi
If you have newest project 4.8 at bottom of screen it will have timing control from 1700 RPM for throttle response.
RPM limiter is set up 500 rpm

Drove up to P-lites yesterday and spent the day at the shop today. I showed up with no heads up and they helped me immensly. Mitch made me a tunnel dump straight off the turbo on the spot, then he made me a custom map for the stage 3 if you run av gas or race gas all the time which I do. Trying it in the morning for an hour or two here in revi. You could tell just by running it on the stand it was running like a totally different sled. If you are running any race fuel or av gas ur sled needs a diferent tune. they need a lot more timing advance in the bottom and midrange and need a bunch of fuel taking out in the low boost levels. I have not giving up on them boys and there sevice is outstanding. Will post update after the ride. Just wanted to give these guys another go before I spend more on a different fuel system.

Rode the Nytro with the new mapping and new project in the rapid bike on tues at Frisby. Sled worked great! It was like a totally different machine. Ran crisp throughout the throttle positions and rpm range, and response was instant. Airfuel numbers were spot on, even at cruising speeds and light load conditions. The map Dave made was way more conservative with the fuel and timing and with running straight avgas it was running very boggy and fat. Now with Mitch's race fuel map it rocks! Also check the map sensor part number on your sled if you are running the stage 3 with bigger injectors. Mine had a 2bar sensor and it is supposed to have a 3 bar map sensor. P-lites has the part numbers. This affects how the sled will run too. Remember though that the timing curve on the race fuel map is pretty steep and they don't recommend premium with it. Av gas is pretty much even at home with premium anyway for me. Oh yea and the tunnel dump sounds wicked!

Yup stg 3,, 3 bar,, 450cc green injectors.. Talk to Dave for software updates etc and maps for higher octane fuel..

I didnt get there new tunnel dump with the short hindel muffler. Mitch made me a dump straight off the turbo, so its alot louder. On the trail its load, once in deep snow it qiets down a lot. personel preference I guess. Sounds like a rally car on steriods at idle and on the trail up. Cool for me, but might be too loud for others.

You will have to ask the P-lites guys. Mitch made my map very aggressive on timing for straight av gas all the time. I don't know if he was keeping the same specs for others. I hope they just leave the map they made for me alone, cause it worked fantastic. Sorry I dont know about premium. I do know that the throttle response is now instant! no lag!

i was just about to start a new thread when i saw this 1. my buddy is not a fourm member,so he wanted me to c if there was any info out there on this exact issue. he's running the stage 2 with stock injectors @ 12-14lbs on pump. last season he tried a couple different maps, but still couldn't get rid of the burping and farting on the bottom end. he is not happy, thinking of switching to mcx.

actually we just got back from the local yammi dealer. they said they would put the latest and greatest map/project in from dave, hopefully it works.

I went out on the new map yesterday. sled runs better for sure. I think i have some fine tuning to do. still a little bit of popping going on. was going to go today but oh so hung over.

you should post the map so we can see the difference in the maps maybe mitch should be posting the better maps online cause most guys have gave up on RB3 last year oh rapid master is now free so pm for details if there is any guys that want the progams newer version
