I want to put a skid plate on my nytro but my dealer wants $100 dollar bill for 2 square feet of plastic. Anyone know where I can pick one up for less?

You can have mine, although its broken. Put it on and the ice built up so bad under it the it pulled all the rivets out, stripped the bolts and broke the plate. All in one ride!!! Dont recomend it.
If the dealer does not do the install it won't be warrantied if the rivets pull out. I would have just pay and have the dealer do it.
I got one for sale in swapmeet. Do a search for my user name.
I run an RSI plate. Bolts on in the back and I got rid of the clamps for the front and drilled holes through the grab bar and bolted it. Builds up bad with snow & ice but I just let if feeze and then hit the bottom of it with a hammer to get it out before it breaks anything. It's a pain but it give good floatation.
I have a SPG Skinz float plate on mine. It's a fabulous shovel in sticky deep cascade concrete. I've manged to severe the front brackets twice taking nosedives into some heavy deep crete. Gonna switch it up to U-bolts this week and see if that works better. So yeah, not sure if I recommend it, but man it planes when you get going.
That's the same one I am running. I bolted her to the grab bar too. U-bolts would have been easier than drilling through it.......

If you use the Ultra Plate from Yamaha make sure you silicone the middle groove so no snow can pack in there. Speaking from experience. otherwise it will spread apart in due time!!!!!
