In need of aftermarket rods & pistons for my T-Nytro. Who has some good deals?

I can price you some good deals, pm me the details, year, oversize / standard etc and I'll get back to you..

Check out Falicon knife rods.. i used then in my Apex and they were priced reasonable

Cheapest are conrods from Crower for around 650. Carillos are around 750.

Not alot to choose from on pistons, JEs are around 450-500 i think.

Well you were right---head gasket took a crap. The motor got too hot, too fast and cooked the pistons a little on the sides. I caught it just in time. The cylinder walls are in great shape.

So i figure, I'm replacing pistons, so might as well upgrade the rods.

thanks for the help

i was hoping i was wrong but its better than getting a bunch of coolant on top the piston & taking out the rod & motor.not sure where your from but if in albt or b.c chuck does great work you could always get him to put a cam & port the head too for a bit more really make the nytro motor rock.he can be busy though if you are in a hurry for the motor.
