Nytro rear skid mounting points

Has anyone tried or is it possible to raise your front mounting hole for the rear suspension up a little to help with the approach angle? Was thinkin if you could move it up 1/2"- 1". It should help or would it end up adding too much ski pressure. Anyways what's everyones thoughts on this.

In a way i guess it is, but when tightening your limiter straps your also sucking up the suspension which then your losing suspension travel. think if you could tighten limiter straps up AND move the skid up 1/2" I would think that would make our approach angle pretty good.

That is true until the point at which you are unable to use your suspensions travel due to bottoming the sled out on the running boards / chassis.

This would help, also to keep front end down a bit more and better angle of attack, but still give you the travel to absorb the bumps. The problem with a the stock inner plate is there is a dimple right where you would want to install the front bolt. With Our Terra Alps tunnel kit for the Nytro we have made new inner and outer reinforcement plates with adjustable holes so you can adjust your suspension to your liking and riding style.

Yeah i had thought about this while i still had the stock tunnel but seen there was no easy way to do it. now with an aftermarket tunnel ive been really considering it.
