Yes, I have a head shim, stock injectors. I was really hesitent to try this but mark set it up and he told me there would be no problems. So far none!! That is where mcx tells u to run it at with the upgrade. So thats where its at.

Will the meth inj. give more power and cool things down or just cool things down. I am interested. Where does it inject at? How much fluid does the canister hold?

This is true but in Sweden their pump premium is 98 octane. Turn it down if you are running 92 octane, Your wallet will love you for it. 14psi @ 7000 feet sounds about right for 92 octane, and yes my mcx came with the upgrade kit, original kits did.

15 pounds of boost or less we have found no head shim to be fine. 15-18 lbs you need a head shim and 18+ you need rods.

Has anyone used water meth on a Sc nytro? I assume it would work the same as on a turbo.

Do you have any pictures of one installed on an Apex? I'm doing the MCX 290 pump gas kit and was wondering how meth would work instead of a head shim.
