nytro nasty chaincase noise

i got a big clunk in my nytros chaincase after stoping and starting it seems to have started after i put on the camo extreem, took it apart today to check it out, everything looks good no wear on anything, it is the reverse modle and everything is was installed correctly any body got any ideas

Not to insult you, but did you look at the belt?

yea i checked belt and deflection, even jacked it up and tested by moving the secondary back and forth, then reached under it and moved the drivers back and forth, thats where the play is, the bottom gear has some cogs inbetween the reverse gear and the forward gear that it catches and they have play to allow it to go into reverse. but it didnt do it until i changed the track, my buddy's doesent do it at all [stock track] im kinda wondering if this track has that much grab that it would be noticible.

They have had some problems with the bolt on the lower gear.

Did you make sure the head was still on that bolt?

I know that sounds ridiculous but it is happening and in the reverse models sometimes it is happening without breaking the chain.

It's not the extreme...been running one all season without issues...have a look at the bolt as menthioned and double check everything else is where it's supposed to be...busy in that chaincase...not hard to mix up the order...
