nytro mtx rear suspension sag?

The center of my rear tube bumper sits at 21" off the ground. All the way up it's at 26". I have my limiter strap full tight for powder conditions. What should the rear suspension sit at? How can I improve the ride? I'm doing allot of bottoming.

I assume your skid is stock, and an '08? You can replace the torsion springs with the Apex versions, it is heavier. Other than that, you oughta just swap that skid out for a Timbersled (or an aftermarket skid of your choice). You won't believe the difference.

The angle of the rear shock and springs with a fixed rear arm is what does this. A coil-over set up in the rear is what needs to be done to get rid of this.

I'm working on a new cost effective bolt on design, but it probably won't be ready to go till next year...

I would love to get rid of the rear spring, it looks pretty heavy. I just purchased my sled and promised myself I wouldn't spend money on aftermarket parts till this summer. I have both the springs at the stiffest setting and plan to grease the linkage this weekend. Is this all I can do?

Mine did this last year felt like riding a pogo stick. The rear shock was hooped at 500 miles. Of course this was the first day of a 5 day ride in Revy. With no shock to be found anywhere near there,I bought a 07 summit shock same c to c. Surprisingly big improvement over the yammy shock but still not like the timbersled I have now
