Nytro Lost Spark

just wondering if anyone has had this problem.
this is a 2011 nytro with the push turbo
its got 3000 miles on it now.
there was a couple times this winter when the ignition fuse
burned out while rideing but i changed it out and it run fine.
but this time the fuse did not burn out just lost spark.
the dealer has had it for a couple of days and cant find the problem.
and ideas out there would be great.

The first place I would look wood be the crank position sensor, then ecu. Coils seem unlikely if noone have spark. If those are good a chaffed wire, it might explain the fuse too.

there has been a bunch of guys that have had the main harness get rubbed through kinda where the subframe & cast part come together there is a bolt that the harness can rub on.
