As the season is now coming to an end for me, and I am converting over to ATVs for the summer, I noticed that I managed to bend both sides of my handlebars.

There was one particularly nasty crash this winter in a blizzard, and my chest managed to push the handlebars forward a bit on both sides.

Is there anything out there I should be considering for a replacement other than OEM bars??

You wrecked your beauty. You must have thumped it good to bend your bars. When it's a white out close your eyes and use the FORCE:becky:

Stock handlers are around $165 I think I paid around 75for my rsi bars and they are supposed to be tougher, ill guess we'll see!

Yep there are definitely stronger bars on the market than the stockers. RSI, CR and a few others would have a chromoly setup that would last a long time

Its amazing just how much force your chest can transmit to your handlebars when you transform your sled into a Yard Dart and plant it into a rock hard drift.

after bending and breaking many sets of bars the best set up ive found is fly snowcross fat bars . With the fat bars risers and a CR steering post i managed to bend my steering gate this year with out even tweeking my bars . you'll also find its a good time to look at an aftermarket throttle block to clean up your bars a bit :plane:

I'm running the snow X race bar with the hooks on the ends . They are still offered by fly , they just hide them on the web site a bit . If you look under the colors section on the page you were on the different bends are down there . Fat bars flex quite a bit while riding and are much better than 7/8th bars . That's why they are now stock on most MX bikes . RSI also offers some bars that are pretty close but had too much sweep for me
