How is the vent line suppose to route?

Straight down along the brake side

or loop around the throttle side then back down to the brake side?

they go down the right hand side(chain case) of the upper frame then make a u turn following your wiring harness up over to the clutch side and connect to the toe hold bar on the front of your tunnel
