Nytro board/tunel stiffeners

I am running the better boards and bent the crap out of my rails (right is way bent) yesterday in the bumps on the way to the hill. I am a big guy so I am partly at fault. Does anyone make something to support these boards a bit better?

My better boards look like sh!t. I jump alot though so I can't really blame anyone but me. I'm going to heavily reinforce mine this weekend.

What's the solution? I bought a set of Snow Eliminators for my Nytro, but after drilling all the rivets out and looking at how much has to be removed I am little reluctant to start cutting up the tunnel as it doesn't leave much and I don't believe the snow eliminator is strong enough on it's own. Are the Better Boards any better?

After twisting mine back into shape with a channel lock I ran 2"x1/8" aluminum flat stock underneath 30" long. Snow doesn't clean out as well but it added a lot of rigidity and they can't twist back down now.
