First ride it would only pull 7800 on #4 flats and on a hill.
changed to #6 and no change. Clutch is clean and worked perfect at the end of last year. Any ideas? Thanks

check and see the Rave hose that routes over the top of the head to the middle of the carbs is disconnected

stored under cover, exh plugged, all linkage oiled and cables,int plugged,.
clutch was cleaned and ins prior to ride.
carbs were cleaned and rave valves prior to ride.

X2, sounds like rave valves not opening all the way.

upon closer inspection. The sliding sheave bushing is eating itself and shims, the sheave has a lip starting. 1 roller a little wobbly. Set of rollers and a new sliding sheave.

Secondary. Team sec. the tool only went in a few turns then just spins. stripped.
At least its early season.
