I feel your pain...!
I have had three major back surgeries this year alone. The last was 18 December. After all was said and done, I now have a full metal cage around my L5 & L4 disc/vertebra/spine. It compliments the other hardware in my body from a plane crash a number of years ago. Long story. So what I am saying, healing comes gradually but it is the mental state that really aids recovery.
I feel pretty good right now and will ride for the first time this year this coming weekend up at VP. I am excited to say the least but pledge to take it easy. I am really going for the bride, she has been going crazy waiting for me to adequately heal. She's an animal...
