Northern Lites: buyer beware

Bought trailing arms from these guys Dec 2007 didn't deliver until Feb 2008. They changed the design from what they had before(lost the fluted disign). I was upset with the quality and the change in design. I expressed that I feared they would break. First ride they busted. Sent back April 2008 per Nlites request, still haven't received replacement, calls are not answered or returned.

Has anyone else had problems with these guys? I buy a lot of aftermarket sled stuff and have never had a situation like this occur. Any advise?

I had the same problem except they have not sent out the rest of my parts to complete assembly. One year wait for crap.

Im not going to sugar coat it. This guy is not anybody that you want to ever deal with. Stay away from his products because they are not at all what they say they are. He is debt to alot of people and has no intention to pay them back or get them the parts they have ordered. Im not going to lie this guy sould be in jail for the money he has taken from people and the poor quality of parts and work they have recieved. A few of my riding buddies and i know very personally. I dont know how he can even be in business still.....

Its still around but he runs the business or whatever you want to call it out of his house. The guy has the tallent and tools to build great thing but he will not use either of them to do so. He just makes or should i say takes the money that he can and pisses it away literally...
