I didn't get any after shots though. Maybe someone (Mrs Prez) has some. It was a good team effort by all, and we got a trail cut through! Good thing the Prez had a saw in the truck!

It was pretty much a last minute decision, more so than official club ride. Wasn't sure if there would be enough snow at the low point or if the pass was accessable. Some years it's just not rideable at all with bare pavement a few miles in
It's long ways to drive, only to have to turn around and drive back, been there done that!
Didn't go all the way to Mazama though. Ran out of time.
Did run into a couple guys from the east up at the Washington pass area. They said there are several slides, but got through ok.

Pretty amazing attitude!! The pass closed in till last tuesday.. Who is responsible for this so called "lack of communication"... They must be punished!! How dare someone go riding and not invite the whole F***ing world!!! This is like the kid who gets picked last for kickball whining to the teacher!!!

If you read the first post, it says " NW glacier crusiers north cross work party..........um I mean ride!"

The club was told at the last meeting that it was canceled. The minutes nor the ride calendar on the website suggested anything different. Many members are looking forward to club rides and I have received a few calls asking about this one in particular from folks I haven't met. I have referred them to your dad and the website for the latest update.

That's the best I can do and that's what I mean about " lousy communication". Our club could use some improvement.

Not sure why your so sensitive. Maybe you'll grow up one of these days.

If it was not a club ride as first described, then just disregard the comments. Seems pretty simple.

Other than that, cool pictures. Now all we need is some new snow.
