Nonethenol Gas ?'s

My local place to buy non-oyxgenated gas or ethenol free gas says the govenment is no longer selling this gas. Can't find any in Colorado. I was always told to run this in my modified machines or bad things would happen. What do I do now, is it ok to run 91 octane? Machines are modified with cans, heads, y pipes, intakes. They are an 2008 and 2009 m series 800 and 1000.

First off the government doesn't "sell" fuel. There are still places in Colorado that sell non-oxygenated. I am assuming your place was the Idaho springs shell? I used to buy fuel there as well.

Go to the Colorado section and look at the sticky for fuel at the top.

You can run a gallon or two if race fuel. You could run av gas or even a blend of that as well.

If you are interested I am getting a ethanol fuel test kit group buy going. Colorado only because I am ordering them and delivering in the metro area.

Ps. You hiring? :-)

yes, mine was the one in IS, when I stopped by the owner said this gas is no longer for sale due to new government restrictions. Is this an incorrect statement? The only other place as of last season I could get it was in Kremmling. Not good unless I was riding the ears. I live in Black Hawk and don't get to Denver to deal with searching down gas stations. Any ideas?
