No sledding this year for me

Hey guys,
Man you guys that can build enough muscle to lift 375 really bug me. I exercize regularly so I am in decent shape, but about 2 years ago I wanted to build some muscle because I am a small person, it sucks being skinny sometimes. for a year and a half I tried everything, lifting heavy, protien, carbs, I was working hard, and all that happened is I just got lighter. Don't get me wrong I was in great shape, but I wanted some size. I had no body fat and got down to 148lbs, (right now I am 158) so I just realized that my body won't build muscle. It was alot of work to look even skinnier.
