Dave has been the only one so far to give me a cash price and a price with my trade. his cash price is 300+ higher than 2 other quotes I have but he is the only one so far that has given me both prices.

I have as much experience as any (non dealer) person on this forum when it comes to buying, trading, getting service, or selling a Polaris sled. I can tell you that so many of these sales people, service department people, and dealer owners, are so flipping lazy, they really don't care as long as they have a paycheck coming in!!!

I agree salesmenship has gone down big time and here is my thought behind it. In the last 5 years the powersports industry has declined right around 40 to 45% but we have not lost 40 to 45% of the dealers so the market is saturated with dealers and not consumers. So now there is pricing wars and bickering going on between the dealers and to me its appauling that they would do it to each other and now there setting themselves up for failure. This is what is going on in my area and its just plain stupid. I recently left my job as a pipefitter to pursue a job working for a dealer so i can help the consumers like myself and all of you with the same problem. I think customer service comes first hands down and then if a sale happens well thats just a bonus for me and the business.

Give these guys a call. Most honest up front dealer I have ever worked with. They are straight forward and talk real numbers! They aren't a giveaway dealer but have an awesome package for snow check. They are in southern MN just south of the twin cities and north of Rochester! Best Customer Service in the buisness I have found and they always call back. Maybe not right away but they always call by end of day! I even got a call at almost 8:00 at night b/c they were so busy and they were staying to get all the phone calls made before they went home for the day!

Our group bought 3 163 White LE's and they were all around 11500 Including all the fees minus sales tax. You can Call Brent at Vickery in Denver (303) 755-4387. I looked all over and they were the cheapest and they were cool to deal with. We had other plans but had a Pro fuel pump go out and while we were there we talked to them. The service dept. has been great to deal with so far.
