ok, sorry i know this should be in the general ski doo section, but i think more people come here than there..so i need some help please

here the story:

I have no Tach, RPM, Handwarmers, or Lights
when running, the oil, temp & brake warning lights are all on and the "km" read is flashing
sled runs great, as normal

did a bunch of searching and found similar topics, but nothing this specific

sled is a: 2003.5 REV Summit 800HO, no elec start, has RER (which works fine)

people have mentioned a relay above the secondary possibly and to purchase from NAPA?

this started 2 weekends ago, but now shes toast
start of the day it was real intermittant, but by the end of the day nothing
tach was even "stuck" at 7000 rpms for most of the day

i did switch out the relay in the pic below from NAPA
did nothing..tried the old one, nothing..tried tapping it while running, nothing

any help greatly appreciated ASAP
thanks dudes

Some dude on Snowest posted this:

on my '05 it's inside the L/H side panel and yes, about an inch square.
It will cause you to lose lights, warmers and on my '05 the tach and gauge cluster.

Go to any auto parts store and get a FOUR (not 5) prong 30 amp relay.
@ 3/4" square with a mounting tab molded into it.
I found them at Joes Sporting goods yesterday for under $4.00 each and DOO wants @ $30.00 for one.
Use some dilectric grease on it to seal out the water and Viola!
Same part exactly!

why would you want to replace w the 4 prong and not the 5 prong relay?
the one i took out is a 5 prong

Yes I would try the relay again. Ski Doo relay is about $35.00. NAPA is about $12.00. (NAPA AR201) Try again, I think this is your problem.

Have a look at the socket that the relay plugs into. Is there any wiring going into the centre port. If there is, you need the 5 prong relay, if there isn't any wire in that centre port, it won't really matter if you use a 4 prong or 5 prong. Usually a 4 prong relay powers a single circuit, and a 5 prong relay will power two circuit.
