Just talked to a representative of maintenance for the California Winter Receation Program.
State sponsored ROAD PLOWING AND GROOMING WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL 19-22 DECEMBER.
Because CEPA ??? guidelines made comments about minimum required snow depth (to protect vegetation) on this years plowing / grooming plan so they submitted the plan late and need a 30 day STATE COMMENT HEARING.
So this caused the plan to be submitted 19 November and then accepted 30 days later ... 19-22 December.
We have lots of money ... but can't spend it until budget is released ... which is 22 December
